MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT BISNODE

Bisnode’s CFO Annika Muskantor will leave her position. Mats Lönnqvist will take over as CFO with immediate effect.

The Bisnode Group is undergoing an extensive process of change and a decision has been made to appoint a new CFO for Bisnode. Annika Muskantor started as CFO in September 2013 and has driven changes in the finance department with her unwavering focus and solid experience of change management. Now Annika will be leaving her post and will be succeeded by a new Acting CFO.

For the past ten years Mats Lönnqvist has served as CFO in the Eniro, SAS and PostNord groups. He is an experienced CFO that has been involved numerous times in companies undergoing processes of change.
