New Board of Directors at Bisnode

The General Meeting on May 4 2011 elected a new Board of Directors for Bisnode. Håkan Ramsin was elected Chairman for the sixth consecutive year and was once again entrusted with leading the Board of Bisnode. Carl Wilhelm Ros, Henrik Joelsson and Jonas Nyrén were re-elected and four new members were added to the Board; Ingrid Engström, Andreas Schönenberger, Jochen Gutbrod and Lars Pettersson. In addition, Cecilia Lundberg was elected as a deputy Board member. Filippa Bylander and Tommy Håkansson continue their duties as union representatives of the Board.

New members of the Board

Jochen Gutbrod
Jochen Gutbrod is CEO of Raffay and Chairman of the supervisory board of IFUND Services AG and Fund Info AG, as well as a member of the board of Macmillan Ltd. and the VSS Advisory Board. Jochen Gutbrod was previously Deputy CEO & Head of Holtzbrinck Business Publishing.  Jochen Gutbrod holds a Lic. oec. HSG from the University of St. Gallen, a MSc in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a PhD from Fribourg University in Switzerland. Born in 1963.


Ingrid Engström
Ingrid Engström is Senior Advisor at SEB in Germany and a board member at Teracom. Ingrid Engström has previously been CEO of InfoMedia, ComHem and Know IT and Senior Executive Vice President of Eniro and SEB. Ingrid Engström holds a MSc in Applied Psychology from the University of Uppsala. Born in 1958.

Andreas Schönenberger
Andreas Schönenberger is a board member of PubliGroupe Ltd., a member of the advisory board of the Institute for Marketing and Retail and a member of the GLA - Institute for Media and Communication Management.  Andreas Schönenberger has previously held the position of Country Manager at Google in Switzerland, management consultant and Vice President at Monitor Group and consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.  Andreas Schönenberger holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and a MSc in Business Administration from the London Business School. Born in 1965.

Lars Pettersson
Lars Pettersson is CEO of Atea Sweden AB, he has twenty years  of experience in the IT industry and has previously been Managing Director of QD and Martinsson in Sweden. Lars Pettersson holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Umeå. Born in 1961.

Cecilia Lundberg
Cecilia Lundberg is Investment Manager at Ratos and a board member of Anticimex Holding AB and other companies in the Anticimex Group. Cecilia Lundberg holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Born in 1978.
