New Chairman at Bisnode
At the Annual general meeting on 17 April, the nominating committee proposes election of sitting board member Ingrid Engström as the new Chairman. Ingrid has extensive experience from the information industry and in building strong brands and customer-focused organisations through operating roles in senior positions. Håkan Ramsin, the former Chairman, and CW Ros, a member of the board, will resign in connection with the AGM. The nominating committee proposes re-election of the other board members and election of two new members with international industry experience.
Phil Cotter has more than 20 years of experience of credit and business information services. He comes most recently from one of the world’s leading business information companies, Experian, as Managing Director of Experian UK and Global Business Line Leader, Business Information. Throughout his career, Phil has worked in senior operating and strategic positions in fast-growing global companies. He holds a degree in dentistry from Liverpool University.
Anders Eriksson is currently CEO of Bonnier Business Press and a member of Bonnier’s executive management. He is also chairman Dagbladet Børsen and a member of the boards of an additional 15 Bonnier companies around the world. Anders has previous experience as CEO of Melbourne IT Digital Brand Services and Executive Vice President of Razorfish Europe. He holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
