New chairman of the board at Bisnode
Jon Risfelt was elected new Chairman of the Board at the Bisnode shareholders’ meeting on June 3.
Bisnode’s new Chairman of the Board is Jon Risfelt who previously has been the CEO of the cell phone carrier Europolitan, the travel company Nyman and Schultz AB as well as for the pharmaceutical company Gambro Renal. Today Jon runs his own business with focus on board work, advice and mentorship. To name a few, he is on the board of the auto chain Bilia, consultancy firm Knowit, the biotech company Ortivus and the telecom company Dialect.

Jon succeeds Ingrid Engström who resigned at the annual meeting on March 26 in order to take on the role of CEO for IFL. Phil Cotter and Andreas Schönenberger have also accepted new management roles, which means that they are no longer available for board assignments at Bisnode.
