BLAST unveils first FNCS and RLCS partnerships with Blacklyte expanding into Epic Games’ Competitive titles
Esport entertainment company BLAST has announced the expansion of their partnership with Blacklyte to cover both Fortnite Championship Series Global Championships 2024 (7-8 September) and the Rocket League World Championship 2024 (10-15 September) events in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas, United States.
Blacklyte is already the Global Chair Partner of the BLAST Premier and BLAST Rainbow Six ecosystems and now expands to cover both Epic Games esports titles. In the process, Blacklyte becomes the first-ever commercial partner for the Fortnite Championship Series.
Blacklyte will become the Official Gaming Chair Partner of FNCS Global Championship 2024 and Rocket League World Championship 2024 and will feature across both events at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Blacklyte chairs will be used by all players on broadcast as well as talent. Fans at home will even see the Blacklyte chairs on some of their favourite streamers’ channels with Blacklyte chairs being used across the on-site co-streamer booths.
Alongside Blacklyte’s products being used by streamers and players, Blacklyte will be integrated into the broadcast as well as included on physical branding. Fans due to attend either event at the Dickies Arena can also look forward to the Blacklyte demo space, allowing fans to try and test Blacklyte’s products in person. Fans experiencing the demo space will also have the chance to win Blacklyte chairs.

Both competitions will be held at Dickies Arena with more than $3 million in total combined prize pool on offer across both events. Across the two championships, over 35 countries will be represented with over 148 players from around the world coming to Fort Worth to compete on a global stage.
Blacklyte will debut at the FNCS Global Championship first taking place from 7-8 September before appearing in the Rocket League World Championship, which gets underway on the 10th of September, and will welcome fans to the Dickies Arena from 13-15 September for three days of gripping arena action.
