BLAST Premier will partner with HyperX, Power, OMEN and KPMG for next week’s Fall Final Counter-Strike tournament.

Gaming peripheral provider HyperX, leading electronics retailer Power, professional services network KPMG and gaming hardware company OMEN have partnered with BLAST Premier and will sponsor this month’s Fall Final (December 8-13).

Each company’s branding will feature heavily across BLAST’s world class CS:GO event, including branded content opportunities and a number of bespoke giveaways on offer with each partner.

BLAST and KPMG partnered for last year’s BLAST Pro Series in Copenhagen’s Royal Arena, and will work together to put on an esports seminar, VIP backstage experiences for KPMG staff based in their Danish offices, and creation of a ‘Women in Technology’ content feature, which hopes to encourage women to pursue a career in esports and technology.

OMEN returns for a second year after partnering for last year’s Pro Series, while Power sponsored the 2018 event. Power, OMEN and KPMG all have a strong presence in Copenhagen, Denmark, and BLAST will be looking to activate in the local area despite the event unable to take place in the Royal Arena due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The Fall Final will be HyperX’s first involvement with BLAST Premier, as part of the deal fans will get the chance to predict tournament results to win special prizes and feature on the broadcast. Customers will also have the chance to win a meet and greet with three professional CS:GO heroes, from participating BLAST Premier teams.

BLAST will be working towards creating campaigns, activations and activities to engage, reward and excite fans tuning in around the world, but particularly in Denmark, the home of BLAST and where the Fall Final will be produced and broadcast from.

Leo Matlock, Commercial Director at BLAST, said: “The Fall Final is one of the most eagerly awaited Counter-Strike events of 2020 and the world will be watching when the tournament starts next week, we’re delighted to welcome four highly reputable brands in the shape of HyperX, Power, OMEN and KPMG - and look forward to creating new content, activations and initiatives.

“Despite not being able to host the tournament in front of a packed out Royal Arena in Copenhagen due to travel and event restrictions, we’ve got some exciting plans in store to help create a buzz for fans and the esports community in Denmark.”

The Fall Final is BLAST Premier’s sixth event of 2020 and will see the world’s best CS:GO teams fighting it out for $425,000 in prize money along with a place in January’s Global Final.
