Jeanne Albrecht, Public Relations Director for Blue Clover—an award-winning On and Off-Line Branding™ firm based in San Antonio—has recently added more accolades to her 25+ years of experience in public relations and special event planning.

This year, she was named to the Masters Leadership Program (MLP) Class VIII of San Antonio and Bexar County, which stands out in its mission to educate, inform and introduce new leadership to local boards, advisory committees and task forces of non-profit, civic and public agencies and organizations across the community. The program consists of 12 all-day sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of the community, through in-depth presentations, panel discussions, on-site visits and field trips. Each year, the MLP's in-depth curriculum is shaped by current events, city growth and advancement goals, and the many needed services provided to residents of the nation's 7th largest city.

She was also accepted in 2011 to the San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier—a world-wide philanthropic society of professional women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. The invitation-only membership, composed of only 28 individual chapters across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, is highly diversified and reflects the multifaceted fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality.

Also in 2011, Albrecht was named to the Board of Directors of Impact San Antonio–a non-profit organization that awards approximately $100,000 annually to one non-profit that serves Bexar County and surrounding areas in: culture, education, environment, family and health/wellness. This is the seventh annual grant awarded by Impact San Antonio—a “giving circle” comprised of individual women who each contribute $1,000 annually and combine their donations into one substantial gift per year to a non-profit agency.

In her many years of experience in public relations and special event planning, Albrecht has developed and coordinated most every PR strategy: editorial coverage in the media, special events, marketing, internal communication with your employees, external communication with existing and prospective customers/clients, civic/charity involvement, networking, client appreciation programs, client referral programs, promotional items, collateral materials and Internet exposure, just to name a few.

Her expertise has won her awards, including “2008 Best PR Pro” by Scene in SA Monthly magazine, and 2008 and 2009 Association for Women in Communications Proliner Awards for national Public Relations campaigns.
