Gerald Engström new Chairman of the Board in Bluefish Pharmaceuticals AB

At a constituent Board meeting in Bluefish Pharmaceuticals 10 June 2011, Gerald Engström was elected Chairman of the Board. Gerald Engström, through Färna Invest AB, is the owner of approximately 34% of the shares in Bluefish. Gerald is the President and CEO of Systemair AB, a leading company within ventilation equipment listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm MidCap. At the constituent Board meeting, it was resolved that the Chairman and all other members of the Board resign their fees during the mandate period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.
