BlueNord: Option Exercise - Issue of New Shares

Oslo, 10 July 2024: BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company") announces that a former member of the Company's board of directors has exercised 50,000 options and a former member of the Company’s management has exercised 22,000 options at a strike price of NOK 160 per share. As a result of the exercise, the Company will deliver 72,000 new shares. The board of directors has consequently resolved to issue 72,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 160 per share, pursuant to the authorisation to the board to issue new shares as granted by the Company's annual general meeting on 14 May 2024.


Following the issue of the new shares, the Company's share capital will be NOK 14,292,432.991326 consisting of 26,475,828 shares each with a par value of NOK 0.5398295.


Following the exercise of options, 8,368 options remain outstanding in the Company.
