Bondholders' meeting in NOR11

Stavanger, 27 January 2014: Reference is made to notice from Norwegian Energy Company ("Noreco") on 10 January 2014 regarding a bondholders' meeting in the company's bond loan NOR11 on 24 January 2014. 

The meeting did not form a quorom, and a repeated meeting will be convened shortly. For further information see attached notice.
