Stavanger, 28 January 2014: Reference is made to previous notices from Norwegian Energy Company ("Noreco") regarding a bondholders' meeting in the company's bond loan NOR11.

See attached summons for a repeated meeting. The summons concern the same matters as described in the notice of 10 January 2014.
