Bondholders' meeting in NOR11 completed

Stavanger, 12 February 2014: Reference is made to previous notices from Norwegian Energy Company ("Noreco") regarding a bondholders' meeting in the company's bond loan NOR11. 

A repeated meeting has now been held, and the proposal approved as included in the summons. For further information see attached notice.
