Constitution of Managing Director

Oslo, 3 April 2018: Reference is made to the press release from March 22, 2018 regarding changes to the management of Norwegian Energy Company ASA (“Noreco”). The Board of Directors has constituted Riulf Frederik Rustad as Managing Director of Noreco.

Mr. Rustad will take on the position with immediate effect.
