CORRECTION: NOR – Resignations from the board

The directors Erik Henriksen and Marika Svärdström have effective today given notice of resignation from the board of directors of Noreco.

Henriksen and Svärdström have both been representatives for Sabaro Investments Ltd.

The board will in consultation with the company's nomination committee in due course consider whether to call a general meeting to consider appointment of potential replacement directors.
