Decision from the Danish Appeals Permission Board
Oslo, 24 October 2018: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made 31 May 2018 regarding the application to the Danish Appeals Permission Board. The Danish Appeals Permission Board has today made their decision and the Siri Insurance Claims case will not be permitted to the Supreme Court of Denmark. The ruling from the Eastern High Court has thus been upheld.
