Huntington update
Stavanger, 23 October 2013: Reference is made to stock exchange announcement from Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" or the "Company", ticker "NOR") on 21 October 2013, where it inter alia was informed that the Huntington field is still producing at about 40 per cent of capacity, and that further information with respect to ramp up was expected within this week.
The operator of the Huntington field continues to work closely with the operator of the CATS gas export system to address the production restrictions that were imposed on Huntington in early September, and Noreco has now been informed that while Huntington is currently averaging 12,000 boedp (gross), production restrictions are hoped to be lifted progressively from early November.
