Increase in share capital

Stavanger, 19 March 2013: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 12 March 2013 regarding the issuance of 448,778 new shares in Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco). The capital increase has now been registered with the Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of Noreco is NOK 1,103,891,694.50 divided into 356,094,095 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 3.10. The new shares will be immediately listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
