Mandatory Notification of Trade

Sector Speculare IV, a sub-fund of Sector Umbrella Trust and managed by Sector Omega AS a subsidiary of Sector Asset Management, will transfer after close of trading on 30 June 2011 18,535,213 shares equalling 7.6 % of the total shares in Norwegian Energy Company (NOR). The shares will be transferred through a private transaction entered into off exchange. Following the completion of the transfer Sector Speculare IV will hold 10.680.784 shares equalling 4.38% of the total shares in Norwegian Energy Company (NOR).

Sector Asset Management acting through its subsidiary Sector Omega AS in the capacity as discretionary investment manager to underlying funds of Sector Umbrella Trust; Sector Maritime Investments, Sector Consolidare and Sector Speculare IV holds after the transaction a total of 18,456,249 shares in Norwegian Energy Company (NOR), equal to 7.57% of the total votes and shares in Norwegian Energy Company (NOR).
