Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

Stavanger, 4 February 2014: An extraordinary general meeting in Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco", ticker "NOR") was held today, 4 February 2014, at 13:00 CET in Noreco's premises in Stavanger. 

The general meeting approved the nomination committee's proposal for new board members and new nomination committee members. Complete minutes from the general meeting are attached, and are also available on www.noreco.com.
