New investor contact in Noreco

Stavanger, 20 June 2013: Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) today announces that the company's investor relations activities will be handled by CFO Ørjan Gjerde until further notice. Kjetil Bakken, who has headed the investor relations function since November 2009, is leaving the company by the end of June.

Bakken has been responsible for developing and leading Noreco's Investor Relations function. From March 2011 to January 2013 he was also part of the company's corporate management team, and he was closely involved in the operational and financial restructuring of the company.

Noreco would like to thank Bakken for his contribution, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
