New members to the nomination committee

Stavanger, 6 November 2014: Following the extraordinary general meeting of Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) on 27 October 2014, Tom Henning Slethei and Ole Rettedal have notified the company that they withdraw from the company’s nomination committee.

The Board of Directors has asked the remaining member of the nomination committee Morten Garman to identify and nominate two new candidates in consultation with the Board. As of yet, no date has been set for a new general meeting to elect the two new members to the nomination committee.
