NOR06 - Final payment to the Bondholders

Oslo, November 6, 2017: Reference is made to the announcement November 2, 2017 relating to the tax authorities’ finalization of the early tax assessment for Noreco Norway AS (“Company”). The Company have today received the funds and will on November 13, 2017 make the last of the defined cash payments to NOR06 Bondholders. The Final Payment of NOK 393,082,690 will be carried out pro rata after which there will be no further payments, and the remaining outstanding bonds will be discharged.
