Stavanger, 12 December 2014: Reference is made to the summons to bondholders' meetings of 4 December 2014. 

Pending discussions concerning amendments to the summons, Norwegian Energy Company ASA has requested Oslo Børs for a temporary suspension of the company's shares and bonds on Friday 12 December 2014.
