Noreco: Q1 presentation postponed

Stavanger, 28 May 2015: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) has decided to postpone the earnings call concerning its first quarter financial report until Monday 1 June. The financial report will be published on the Oslo Stock Exchange and on the company’s web site on 31 May at the latest.

Due to a series of technical IFRS accounting effects related to the recently completed financial restructuring, finalising the report has required more time than originally anticipated.
