Noreco: Summons NOR06

Oslo, 2 March 2016: Reference is made to stock exchange announcement on 2 March 2016 on Noreco Norway AS entering into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ('SPA') with Det norske oljeselskap ASA for the sale of Noreco Norway’s exploration licence interests on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Noreco Norway has today summoned bondholders in NOR06 to a bondholders' meeting to be held on 16 March 2016 at 13:00 CET in order to approve the SPA and certain other matters. The summons letter has been made available for bondholders through Stamdata and is also attached in this announcement and posted on the company's web page.

Noreco Norway has received undertakings from major bondholders holding a majority of outstanding bonds to vote in favour of the proposal.
