Noreco announces NOR06 repayment of NOK 18 million

Oslo, September 23, 2016: Noreco Norway announces making a repayment to NOR06.

Reference is made to the sale of Noreco Norway’s exploration activities to Det norske oljeselskap earlier this year and the bondholder meeting held on March 16th, 2016 to approve the transaction and the NOR06 repayments. The first of the defined cash payments of NOK 18 million will be made pro-rata to NOR06 bondholders September 30, 2016.
