Oslo, 18 January, 2017: Reference is made to the bondholder meeting held 16 March 2016 approving the amendments to the NOR06 bond agreement. The Company is seeking approval to file an early tax assessment for Noreco Norway AS in order to obtain an early tax refund and the subsequent dissolution of Noreco Norway AS.
