Norwegian Energy Company ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 13 July 2022: Ousdal AS, close associate of Riulf Rustad, Chair of the Board of Norwegian Energy Company ASA (“Noreco” or the “Company”), has on 12 July 2022 acquired 28,025 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 388.069 per share. Following the transaction, Ousdal AS holds a total of 175,000 shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 0.68% of the Company's shares. In addition, Riulf Rustad holds 343,000 options, each option giving the right to acquire or subscribe for one share in the Company upon exercise.
