Norwegian Energy Company ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 8 August 2022: Cathrine F. Torgersen, Executive Vice President Investor Relations & ESG of Norwegian Energy Company ASA (“Noreco” or the “Company”), has today acquired 1,500 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 334.692 per share. Following the transaction, Cathrine F. Torgersen holds a total of 2,200 shares in the Company in addition to 14,000 options, each option giving the right to acquire or subscribe for one share in the Company upon exercise.
