Notice of Annual General Meeting 26 May 2020

Oslo, 4 May 2020: Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Norwegian Energy Company ASA will be held on 26 May 2020 at 12:00 CET at the premises of Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS, Tjuvholmen allé 16, 0252 Oslo. Please find attached notice of the annual general meeting, attendance/proxy forms, the statement from the Board of Directors regarding salary and other remuneration to senior executives of the Company and the proposal from the Nomination Committee.
