Notice of Board resignation

Stavanger, 15 December 2014: Chairman of the Board Erik Henriksen has given notice of resignation from his position on the Board of Norwegian Energy Company ASA. 

The notice will be considered by the Board in due course in accordance with applicable regulations. The Board will then also consider whether to call for an extraordinary general meeting and, in case, the timing thereof to appoint replacement director(s).
