Regarding the fourth quarter interim report

Stavanger 26 February 2015: As previously announced, Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) will publish the interim report for the fourth quarter Friday 27 February. The report and presentation will as usual be published on www.newsweb.no and www.noreco.com.

Due to the ongoing restructuring process and the bondholders’ meetings and extraordinary general meeting being held next week on 2 and 3 March respectively, no presentation will be held on Friday. Please refer to the notices to the Oslo Stock Exchange dated 10 February 2015 and 16 February 2015 for further background.

Management will present the Company’s financial situation and results for the fourth quarter at the extraordinary general meeting on 3 March.
