Reminder - extraordinary general meeting 27 March 2015

Stavanger, 24 March 2015: Reference is made to announcement of 6 March 2015 concerning notice to an extraordinary general meeting to be held on Friday, 27 March 2015, at 12:00 CET. The main purpose of the extraordinary general meeting is to appoint a new board that can reflect the shareholder base following conversion of bond debt completed today.

Shareholders, including bondholders who will receive new shares today as part of the bond conversion, who wish to participate in the general meeting, must give notice to the Company by 26 March 2015 at 4pm CET. Please find attached attendance and proxy forms that can be used.
