Resignation from the board

Stavanger, 4 April 2014: The Director David Gair has given notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors of Noreco for personal reasons, effective 25 April 2014. 

Mr. Gair was a Director independent of the largest shareholders. In consultation with the company's Nomination Committee the Board will consider timing of a possible proposal to the General Assembly for a replacement Director.
