Resignations from the Board

Stavanger, 1 October 2014: The Chairman of the Board Morten Garman and director Erik Henriksen have given notice of immediate resignation from the board of directors of Noreco.

The board will in consultation with the company's nomination committee in due course consider whether to call a general meeting to consider appointment of potential replacement directors.
