Supreme Court`s decision on appeal regarding the SIRI Insurance Claims court case

Oslo, 17 February, 2017: Reference is made to the announcement made on 12 January 2017 that the Supreme Court in Copenhagen received an appeal from the counterparty in relation to the SIRI Insurance Claims court case. The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal and the counterparty now has two weeks to appeal to the Eastern High Court.
