Andreas Bonnier appointed new CEO of Quartiers Properties
Quartiers Properties AB (publ) ("Quartiers" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Andreas Bonnier, co-founder of Quartiers Properties and experienced in international business, has been appointed as the new CEO of the Company. Andreas, who has been an active member of the Board of Directors since 2019 and has many years of experience in developing companies in Sweden, France and Switzerland, will officially start his assignment on 1 April 2024.
Andreas' in-depth knowledge of Quartiers and his experience in leading and developing companies in an international environment were decisive factors for the Board in appointing Andreas to lead Quartiers through its next phase of growth. His background and expertise are in line with the company's strategic objective to further develop and enhance its real estate portfolio.
Andreas was one of the initiators and founders of Quartiers when the first properties were acquired in Spain in 2015. Through companies and personally, Andreas owns shares representing 8.7% of the outstanding votes.
