Boho Club Hotel gains market shares and records strong sales growth in June - Summer sales are expected to be up 10% on last year's figures
Quartiers Properties AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North, reports a continued positive trend for the Boho Club Marbella hotel. Sales for the month of June 2024 compared to the same month last year are expected to show an increase in sales of just over 11%. At the same time, sales during the summer months of July and August are also expected to be strong, with an estimated increase in sales of around 10% compared to 2023. At the same time, Marbella continues to grow and consolidate its position as one of Europe's leading luxury tourism destinations, with Boho Club gaining important market shares.
Boho Club achieved an occupancy rate of 67% in the first half of the year, including the slowest months of the year, compared to the Marbella average of 61%. This demonstrates Boho Club's ability to gain market share as both supply and demand increase in the Marbella hotel market.
