House of K Holding Limited increases to over 15% of voting rights

Quartiers Properties AB (publ) ("Quartiers" or the "Company") has received information that the Company's largest shareholder, House of K Holding Limited, has increased its voting rights in the Company to 16.2%

House of K Holding now holds 9,455,452 ordinary shares, corresponding to 16.2% of the votes and 14.7% of the capital. Based on Monday's closing price of SEK 11.40, the position is valued at approximately SEK 108 million.
