Boho Group AB (publ) ("Boho Group" or the "Company") announces that the major shareholder Mattias Kaneteg through a company has purchased an additional 20,315 shares in Boho Group.

Boho Group announces that the Company's major shareholder Mattias Kaneteg has through a company purchased an additional 20,315 shares in Boho Group. Following the transaction, Mattias Kaneteg's controlled shareholding in Boho Group amounts to 11,069,442 shares, representing approximately 17.43% of the total number of shares in Boho Group AB.
