Marcus Johansson Prakt appointed permanent CEO of vigorously expanding property company Quartiers Properties
As of 5 September, Marcus Johansson Prakt will be the permanent CEO of Quartiers Properties AB (publ). Marcus, who has held the position of Interim CEO since May 2018, will continue to lead Quartiers’ development work on Spain’s Costa del Sol. During his time as Interim CEO, the company’s net asset value per ordinary share has grown from SEK 6.98 per share, to SEK 7.56 per share.
Over the past year, Marcus has generated added value in the company, and developed and instituted an organisational structure equipped for continued, scalable growth. Furthermore, he has established a network of key contacts with banks and financiers in Spain, and kept up the momentum in our projects via permit processes, construction processes and through sales. Just last week, the company announced the opening of the first phase of the Boho Club project. “The Board of Directors is confident that Marcus is the right person to lead the company’s ongoing development and expansion going forward,” said Jörgen Cederholm, Chairman of Quartiers Properties.
