Newly appointed board member acquires shares

Quartiers Properties AB (publ), under name change to Boho Group AB (publ) ("Boho Group" or the "Company"), announces that the Company's new board member Fredrik Björklund today, through a company, purchased 14,800 ordinary shares in Boho Group.
