Quartiers enters into growth-oriented partnership with Catella Corporate Finance
Quartiers Properties AB (publ) ("Quartiers" or the "Company"), listed on Nasdaq First North, has entered into a partnership with Catella Corporate Finance (Catella) for the expansion of Boho Club in Europe. The first task of the partnership is to refinance the Company's loan structure and to raise funds for the expansion of Boho Club Marbella in accordance with the detailed plan that is currently being developed. In addition, Catella will assist in the identification and sourcing of financing for new hotel projects with the aim of establishing a strategy for the European expansion of the property portfolio and the Boho Club brand.
Quartiers has expertise in the development and operation of hotel properties, and the success of the Boho Club Marbella and the potential new development rights in the portfolio have attracted considerable interest from both advisors and investors. Catella already has a European platform focused on being the link between the real estate industry and the capital markets, which fits well with our expertise and growth objectives. The cooperation will start with a joint effort to refinance the company's credit structure and thus lay the foundation for further expansion. The cooperation is part of the company's ongoing process to create an expansive structure that will capitalise on the Company's combined expertise in both hotel development and operations and enable growth through capital raising in local structures and joint ventures, with the aim of broadening the investor base and raising capital primarily locally in the countries to which the company is expanding.
