Quartiers invests SEK 12.6 million in Nowonomics and enters into co-operation agreement with Nowonomics and QQM Fund Management

Quartiers Properties ("Quartiers" or the "Company") announces that the Company is investing a total of SEK 12.6 million in Nowonomics AB (publ) ("Nowo") through two directed issues. The first issue of SEK 6.3 million will take place now, followed by another in January 2024. Quartiers will also receive free warrants for a potential investment of SEK 8 million in May 2024. In parallel, the cooperation with Nowo and QQM Fund Management AB ("QQM") is taking shape.

The co-operation agreement between Quartiers, Nowo and its wholly owned subsidiary QQM is aimed at developing and strengthening their offerings in the property sector. A key part of this collaboration is that Nowo, with its impressive customer base of over 150,000 savers, will market jointly designed property funds. This gives Quartiers a unique platform to expand its offering and grow assets under management in the joint funds faster than it could on its own. Through its ownership of Nowo, Quartiers will be in a stronger position to contribute to Nowo's direction and focus. This creates the conditions for a more synergistic collaboration, where Quartiers can support the advancement of shared visions and goals to increase the inflow of capital into the joint real estate funds, which is expected to increase revenues for both companies.
