Quartiers Properties intends to change its name to Boho Group
The Board of Directors of Quartiers Properties AB (publ) ("Quartiers" or the "Company") announces its intention to change the name of the Company to Boho Group AB (publ) ("Boho Group"). The name change is intended to reflect the Company's strategy to grow in the hotel sector, both as an operating company and as a property company, of which the Boho Club concept and brand is a major component.
Over the past few years, Quartiers has gradually transformed itself from a traditional property company into a company whose main business is hotel ownership and management. The Company's strategy for the coming years is to grow its real estate portfolio in symbiosis with its operations. The focus will be on projects where the Boho Club concept can add value to the real estate assets.

Our hotel and restaurant guests often ask us about ownership and the possibility of becoming shareholders in Boho Club.
