Quartiers Properties rights issue 124.7% subscribed, generating approximately SEK 25.5 million for the company
The Board of Directors of Quartiers Properties AB (publ) (hereinafter “Quartiers Properties” or “the Company”) is hereby publishing the outcome of the Company’s rights issue. Subscriptions were received corresponding to a total of SEK 31.8 million, which means that the rights issue was oversubscribed and that the Company will receive the entire issue proceeds of approximately SEK 25.5 million.
The number of preference shares subscribed for with preferential rights amounted to 2,304,303, corresponding to roughly 82.7% of the number of shares included in the issue. A total of 1,170,498 preference shares without preferential rights were subscribed for, corresponding to approximately SEK 10.7 million. Those who subscribed for preference shares without preferential rights will be allocated the shares in accordance with the allocation principles that were communicated in connection with the announcement of the issue.
“We’re extremely proud and delighted at the confidence our shareholders have shown via the high level of participation in the issue. We ended 2019 on a high with the opening of our hotel Boho Club, and the oversubscription of the rights issue marks a positive start to 2020 as well. We will now press on and use the proceeds generated by the issue to continue to develop the company,” commented Marcus Johansson Prakt, CEO of Quartiers Properties.
