Quartiers takes possession of a plot of approximately 3,800 square metres adjacent to Boho Club Marbella
Quartiers Properties AB (publ) (“Quartiers” or “the Company”) has today paid the outstanding purchase price of EUR 0.9 million under an option agreement for a plot of land directly adjacent to Boho Club Marbella. Boho Club’s growth in 2022 has led to a need for more rooms. This site is well suited for future expansion of the business with increased room capacity in the long term.
The option agreement was signed in April 2018 and extended during the coronavirus pandemic. The total purchase price amounts to approximately EUR 1.9 million and the seller of the property is Ronda Capital SL. The plot is currently covered by the 1986 Marbella master plan and can be developed when a new local development plan is determined for the property.
