Rocet AB increases shareholding to over 10% of votes

Quartiers Properties AB (publ) ("Quartiers" or "the Company") has received information that the Company's fourth largest shareholder, in which the Company's Chairman Jörgen Cederholm is a shareholder, has increased its voting rights in Quartiers to 10%.

Rocet AB now owns 5,868,922 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10% of the votes and 9% of the capital. Based on Monday's closing price of SEK 13.50, the position is valued at approximately SEK 79 million.
