The results of the exercise of TO3 warrants show high participation of about 92%
Quartiers Properties AB (publ) ("Quartiers" or the "Company") finds the exercise of series TO3 warrants to be approximately 92 percent.
This means that 3,030,183 warrants have been exercised and that the number of ordinary shares in the Company will increase by a corresponding number from 51,754,520 to 54,784,703 and that Quartiers will receive approximately SEK 11.1 million. The final dilution effect after exercise of the warrants amounts to 4.9 percent for capital and 5.5 percent for votes.
The warrants that were exercised have now been converted into interim shares. They will be converted into ordinary shares as soon as the issue has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
