Boliden Limited announces change of auditors TORONTO, CANADA and STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (October 1, 2001) - Boliden Limited today announced that KPMG LLP has resigned as auditor of the Company and Arthur Andersen LLP has been appointed auditor of the Company, effective September 7, 2001. There were no reportable events between the Company and the former auditors.
